Models a rocket nozzle.

Configuration File Format:

<nozzle name="{string}">
<pe unit="{PSF}"> {number} </pe>
<area unit="{FT2 | M2 | IN2}"> {number} </area>
</nozzle>

Configuration parameters are:

    pe -      Nozzle design exit pressure.
    area -    Nozzle area at the exit plane.
All parameters MUST be specified.
